As described in the section on the creation of the Senegal stamps, sometimes, stamps are not perforated.
Sometimes is is because they are die proofs - stamps printed to tweak the design and the press for final production.
Sometimes it is for special presentation packages.
And sometimes it is to give collectors something to search for.
Below are examples of each of these examples.
